After coaching in the NFL for 8 years, I realized too many players were ill-prepared for life after football. I witnessed tragic career-ending injuries, followed by an even greater tragedy – no plan for what comes next. Simultaneously, they are paralyzed by fear of the unknown. I have spoken to former players about their transitions and how divorce and bankruptcy led to mental health issues. I too experienced my own valley after leaving the NFL and have a deep sense of empathy for these challenges. My goal is to work together with my clients to develop a game plan that extends beyond their time in the NFL so they can continue to live purpose driven lives.

My greatest achievement is the relationships I have cultivated with my former players. To this day, I receive calls when they get married, have children, get a promotion, and unfortunately, when a loved one has passed. It is an honor and privilege to be a part of their extended family.
