After eight years of coaching in the NFL, I saw a consistent pattern—too many players were unprepared for life after football. I witnessed careers end abruptly due to injury, often followed by an even more difficult reality: no clear plan for what came next. The uncertainty left many paralyzed by fear.
Through conversations with former players, I’ve seen how challenging that transition can be, with some facing divorce, financial hardship, and mental health struggles. I’ve also experienced my own valley after leaving the NFL, which gives me a deep, personal understanding of these challenges.
My mission is to partner with my clients to build a comprehensive game plan that extends far beyond their playing careers—so they can transition with clarity, stability, and continue living purpose-driven lives.
